Our history

There is history in here, but also a touch of renewed modernity. We have been present since the early twentieth century.
This is evidenced by the wooden steps you'll have to walk up to visit us, which together with the wood, marble and wrought iron you find inside, recall the typical elements of old town establishments of the time. In addition, the atmosphere and flavors are reminiscent of those of a typical Roman Hostaria.

How to find us

It is very easy to get here: we are located on Via Viminale, in the ancient Castro Pretorio district.
Nearby there is Termini Station, but also Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale and Via Cavour.
A few more steps and you'll get into the culture: the Basilica of S. Maria Maggiore, the National Roman Museum, the Baths of Diocletian and the Opera House are just a little further away.
