The Restaurant Alessio was born at the beginning of the last century, in the heart of Rome’s historic center, in the ancient Castro Pretorio ward.
A few hundred meters away from the Termini Station and close to important shopping streets such as Via Nazionale and Via Cavour, it is also very close to historical and cultural sites such as the Basilica of St. Mary Major, the National Roman Museum, the Baths of Diocletian and the Opera House.
Respect of tradition, love for good food and warm of the staff, will help you to enjoy the flavors and atmosphere of the typical “Roman Hostaria”
The Restaurant Alessio, cozy in details but informal in the service, offers a menu of typical dishes of Roman and National cuisine.
Courgette flower, stockfish fillet, homemade pastas, carbonara, amatriciana, bark and deep fried artichokes represent just a small portion of our menu, composed with quality and a pinch of imagination in mind.
The Restaurant Alessio is divided into three rooms reachable through some wooden steps, characteristic of the premises of the old town of the early 20th: wood, marble and wrought iron are the essential elements of a place with a classic atmosphere and at the same time warm and welcoming.
Fully air-conditioned, in the summer season it features a characteristic and pleasant indoor garden.
